I love cheesecake!! I love to try new recipies and my husband says I rarely make deserts. So, I made my very first cheesecake a few weeks ago! Maybe it was beginners luck, but it was really easy and fun! I made a decacent "Double chocolate Mocha cheesecake". My neighbor said it was the BEST cheesecake she had ever had and within the top five desserts of all time. It was definetly worth the time and effort and I will be making more cheesecakes as time goes by!
